Welcome to First Saturday PDX's Zoom Page where we will walk you through how to connect to our online presentations - it's a snap!
A. REGISTER
1. Register for our online presentation via the Upcoming Presentation page here on our website, Email Announcement, or Facebook page, and include your email address.
2. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing the event link to connect to our webinar as in the example below:

B. DOWNLOAD ZOOM
3. Make sure you have the free Zoom software downloaded onto whichever viewing device you will use (As our presentations include slides we recommend using a device with a large enough screen for you to enjoy viewing them):
- If you don't already have Zoom, the event link provided in your registration confirmation will prompt you to download it. This can be done as early as when the confirmation is received.
- Zoom is available for desktop/ laptop (PC or Mac ) and tablet or cell phone (iPhone or Android).

C. JOIN THE WEBINAR
4. Fifteen minutes before the scheduled time, just click on the event link included in the confirmation email, as shown above in Step 2.

D. AUDIO SETTINGS
Only the host and panelists can talk in a webinar; as an attendee you will be muted during the presentation.
6. Make sure your speakers are on at the desired volume.

E. Q&A SESSION
Attendees are welcome to ask questions throughout the presentation.

- Open the Q&A window, by clicking Q&A icon at the bottom of the Zoom screen.
- Type your question into the Q&A box. Click Send.
- Note: Check Send Anonymously if you do not want your name attached to your question.
- If the host replies via the Q&A, you will see a reply in the Q&A window.

D. LEAVING THE WEBINAR
8.. Click the Leave Webinar link in the lower right corner of the window.
9. In the confirmation pop-up, click Leave Webinar to exit.
