春節 !   Our Spring Banquet is here!  We invite you to join First Saturday PDX to celebrate our continuing programs, the new Year of the Dragon and the coming spring.  We will have a delicious multi-course lunch including a specialty unique to the Golden Horse Seafood Restaurant:  Boneless Whole Chicken Stuffed with Sticky Rice, and other auspicious dishes.  A small Raffle and fun prizes will return.  來 來 吃 吃 ​ !    ​
Doors will open at 12:00pm.  There will be an opportunity to view our raffle items  before we commence our banquet.  
​​Golden Horse Seafood Restaurant (503-228-1688) is located at  238 NW 4th Ave at the corner of NE Everett St. 
  • ​There is street parking as well as a SmartPark  (33 NW Davis St, Old Town Chinatown).

Payment for lunch and raffle tickets ($5 each, $20 for 5 tickets)  accepted via credit card, cash or check. 
First Saturday PDX is a monthly opportunity to enrich understanding and share a wide range of China - related topics. Presentations cover arts and culture, history and international relations.  As a not for profit organization, we are proud to offer our presentations free of charge and membership fees.  This is only possible through partnerships with the Institute of Asian Studies at Portland State University, Northwest China Council, Portland Chinatown Museum and Lan Su Chinese Garden - as well as generous donations of time and resources by our speakers, planning committee members and volunteers.
